At Chetna’s Delicacies, our Chirotey are carefully prepared in small batches, with dough layered and folded to create their signature delicate, crisp texture. We use pure A2 cow ghee in their preparation, then finish each piece with care for a traditional sweet that looks as special as it tastes.
